DOLEV SMART SHIELDING PANEL™

Dolev last invention relates to a method of design of optimal magnetic shielding at low frequency (50-60 Hz).
We are using pure magnetically materials, one of the layers is a homogenous high-conducting non-magnetic material, such as copper aluminum, and the other one is conducting ferromagnetic steel, with relative High magnetic permeability.

What is Dolev smart shielding panel supposed to do?
- First- to transfer as much magnetic flux as possible per unit of volume, and have a high level of magnetic saturation.
- High magnetic permeability.



How does it work?
Dolev smart shielding panel has been researched extensively and accepted expressions for his shielding efficiency.
Dolev smart panel comprised of aluminum which has high conductivity and thus provides good reflection loss, and more conductive ferromagnetic materials which have a high relative permeability and can provide absorption less.
Most of the shielding in this case is provided by the reflection loss from the aluminum plate. It can be observed that the shielding increases with the thickness of the ferromagnetic materials, due to the adsorption effect. The thickness of the aluminum has no effect, as its attenuation is provided mainly by the reflection loss.
